Roles for qualified, experienced Human Resources professionals remain in high demand, particularly for those with strong ER/IR exposure. On the flip side, there has been a downturn in the number of Talent Acquisition positions available as companies re-assess their hiring needs and settle back into BAU after the wave of demand post-COVID.

• Advertised Technology positions have seen a sharp decrease in recent weeks with investment hiring being put on hold.
• Temp Recruitment is on the increase with a surge of contract roles across many of the areas in Corporate Support.

Candidate availability for roles in Community Services, Health Care, Youth Services and Allied Health continues to be a headache for these industries with companies offering very imaginative incentives to attract high calibre candidates.
