Sarah’s extensive background in recruitment, has been accumulated over two decades of experience across diverse regions, including North America, Sydney, and Brisbane. After working overseas for the largest listed finance and accounting recruitment business in the world she got took up an opportunity in 2006, in Sydney to build and grow their specialised financial institutions team contract team.

In 2010, Sarah helped launch Perigon Group alongside Managing Director Nigel Barcham. Over the subsequent four years, she undertook a multifaceted position, across Finance and Accounting and Financial Services in the Sydney market, encompassing both contract and permanent placements.

Transitioning in 2014 back home to Queensland, Sarah relocated with her family and launched Perigon Group in Brisbane. Her focus extended across diverse industries, including Technology, Finance, Risk, and Corporate Services. The Brisbane team continues to grow and today with a team of 17 individuals, and Sarah is committed to assembling and developing consulting professionals who share a genuine passion for their work and professional relationships. This objective is achieved through the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring a truly personalised and specialised experience for both clients and candidates.

Over the last couple of years Sarah has specialised and has recently launched the group’s first Executive Search arm of the business. After 10 years of working in Brisbane and building a brand and reputation they are now proud to collaborate with clients and candidates spanning the spectrum from SMEs to large, listed blue-chip organisations across various sectors. Her commitment lies in delivering exceptional service and fostering enduring partnerships within the Brisbane business landscape as she and the team celebrate their 10 year anniversary this year.
