Tara gained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Technology Sydney and has international recruitment experience, working in the Sydney and London markets for two of the world's largest recruitment firms. She spent four years with a FTSE 100 firm, where she successfully led a team of consultants.
Since returning to Sydney in 2008, Tara has specialised in the finance and accounting sector. Spending four and a half years working for a listed multinational, she quickly developed and maintained strong relationships, recruiting for clients across a wide range of industries.
Tara joined Perigon Group in 2012 and continues to work across General Industry, specialising in permanent recruitment of finance and accounting professionals at all levels.
