- As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will support the Finance team by managing client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining financial records. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing resident accounts, fee updates, and monthly billing with 100% accuracy
- Monitoring and reconciling customer accounts for non-payments or discrepancies
- Handling debtors’ ledger maintenance and generating reports
- Processing RAD repayments within legal timeframes
- Assisting with Medicare reconciliations and financial reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service when liaising with residents and representatives regarding billing queries
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance(preferably in healthcare or aged care)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial administration
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving
