    Our client is a well-regarded organisation that operates in the broader Education sector.  They are an ambitious, fast-growing organization with operations across multiple states.  They are currently looking for an AP Officer to join their Finance team on a permanent full-time basis - Melbourne Eastern suburbs.

    The role
    Part of a close-knit and high performing Finance team, this position will be responsible for:

    • Reviewing and processing invoices
    • Preparing and processing payments 
    • Raising invoices and allocating cash received
    • Reviewing and reconciling corporate credit cards statement
    • Reconciling accounts, bank statements and resolving discrepancies 
    • Monitoring the AP inbox and relationship with suppliers

    Skills & experience

    We are seeking for an ambitious professional, who will bring:
    • Previous experience as an Accounts Officer, preferably in retail, education, health care, childcare or aged care sector.
    • Strong communication an interpersonal skills
    • Excellent time management and a customer focus approach
    • Good Excel skills and experience with Myob will be advantageous
