The Opportunity
Well-established multinational property investment business is looking for an Assistant Accountant to support the team with the end-to-end accounting functions. This includes mainly managing AP, invoice processing and reconciliation works.
The Role:
This opening comes about due to continuous expansion and is a great foot in the door given there is a perm opportunity towards the end of the contract.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant your responsibilities will include:
- Managing AP and AR
- Bank/cash management
- Managing external audit requirements
- Supporting senior accountants with ad-hocs requirement
- Supporting external stakeholders and clients
- Process improvements
- Ad hoc tasks
- Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Ideally someone with strong attention to details
- Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant role
- Bonus if you have experience with Xero and Sage Intacct
- Excellent written and communications skills
