My client is a long-established, stable wholesale business with a strong balance sheet. Due to the recent growth through new contracts, they are seeking to an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager.
The role will initially commence as a three month contract before moving into a permanent role.
About the Role:
This role suits candidates with previous experience working in a similar hands-on role for an SME business. You will work closely with sales teams in managing commissions as well as sales reconciliations including sales invoicing, accruals, claims, and credits.
- Manage payroll processing for 80 staff
- Handle banking including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
- Assist with overseeing insurances and BAS
- Maintain fixed assets and take part in annual compliance
- Handle sales reconciliations including sales invoicing, accruals, claims, and credits
- Experience in a similar hands-on role for an SME business
- Ability to work across multiple systems including MYOB and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills
- Enjoy working in a tight-knit team and friendly office environment
