About the Role
Rewarding opportunity for a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer with 1–2 years of experience to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment. You will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks and play a pivotal role with client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end reporting and processes
- Client and stakeholder management
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support the wider accounting team as required
- 1–2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role
- Experience with reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar) is a plus
