The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work across the business to identify improvement opportunities, elicit and document requirements, and support the delivery of process and system enhancements. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive value, improve efficiency, and support strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Map and improve business processes (As-Is / To-Be), identifying opportunities for operational and system enhancements.
• Prepare documentation including business requirements, impact assessments, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams, vendors, and fund managers to drive delivery outcomes.
• Conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses, assist with prioritisation, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Keep informed of industry trends and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or capital markets.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into deliverable outcomes.
• Experience working across both technology and operational projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a consultative and collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with the full trade lifecycle (desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or information systems (or equivalent experience).
