  • Supporting a Global Education Group to find a internal communication manager to drive national marketing initiatives.

    Plan and Execute Engaging Events
    From employee engagement sessions to recruitment campaigns, you will coordinate events that strengthen the business brand and enhance audience participation. Your meticulous planning and attention to detail will be essential for successful event execution.

    Drive Change Communication Initiatives
    During organizational transitions, you will lead efforts to communicate changes clearly and transparently. Your messaging will highlight key benefits, the rationale behind changes, and their impact on stakeholders, facilitating smoother transitions from Global brand to National brand messaging. 

    Enhance Our Communication Strategies
    Your role will involve developing and refining communication strategies to effectively engage both internal and external audiences. You'll create compelling narratives that showcase our team members’ journeys, student successes, and company culture.

    Streamline Processes for Efficiency
    You will work closely with the Global Communications team to optimize and implement best practices for communication frameworks, governance, and templates, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.


    Who We’re Looking For
    • A natural storyteller with an eye for uncovering impactful narratives.
    • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships and drive change.
    • Proficiency in O365, including SharePoint and PowerPoint, with a solid grasp of communication systems and best practices.
    • Strong writing, verbal, and project management skills.
    • Passion for storytelling and strategy-driven communication.
    • A degree in Communications or equivalent experience (5+ years) in a versatile communication role.
    • A detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
