You will manage the financial operations ensuring accuracy and supporting the Executive team with advice/reports. With the help of one Accounts Clerk, your role will include, however not be limited to;
- Payroll, including superannuation and entitlements etc
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Generate and analyse financial reports
- Cash Flow
- Compliance
- IAS and BAS.
- Half Year and Full Year audits
- Fixed Assets
- Produce & maintain a Procedures Manual.
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Adhoc duties as required.
You will be Degree qualified along with holding a CA/CPA or equivalent. You will have prior experience as a Company Accountant/Finance Manager from a small-medium sized organisation, where you were hands-on in managing day-to-day financials. You will be looking to join a small, stable team and have outstanding communication skills, with proven experience partnering with Execs.
