    Join a leading professional services firm known for excellence and innovation. Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch services to esteemed clients across various industries. Due to an extended holiday within the team, they are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Corporate Receptionist to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk for a 3-4 week temporary assignment

    The Role
    As the Corporate Receptionist/Team Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanour
    • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and well-maintained
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference room bookings
    • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
    • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
    About You
    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Professional presentation and communication skills 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
