Job Description:

  • 6 month role, with possibility of permanency - starting ASAP
  • WFH available after initial training
  • $62k + super
  • Join a world-leading services provider, seeking an experienced professional to manage key client relationships from the corporate headquarters. Assisting the Finance team with customer disputes and account management. 

    • 6 month role, with possibility of Permanency - starting ASAP

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, managing strategic relationships and service delivery
    • Continual service improvement
    • Liaising with clients on invoice transactions
    • Accuracy of receiving and completing data
    • Communicating promptly and always following up and completing tasks
    Required Qualifications:
    • Experience within aviation services, or similar is essential to this role
    • Excellent communication skills - speaking Mandarin is hugely desirable (but not essential)
    • Strong understanding of airline operations, ground handling, and aviation industry dynamics
    • Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships
    • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM system
