- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, managing strategic relationships and service delivery
- Continual service improvement
- Liaising with clients on invoice transactions
- Accuracy of receiving and completing data
- Communicating promptly and always following up and completing tasks
- Experience within aviation services, or similar is essential to this role
- Excellent communication skills - speaking Mandarin is hugely desirable (but not essential)
- Strong understanding of airline operations, ground handling, and aviation industry dynamics
- Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM system
