  • Please note this role is hybrid and candidates must be located in Adelaide. The position is for 3-6 months and successful applicant will be available to commence ASAP. $35/hour plus super.
     

    Our client is a large national healthcare provider and are seeking an experienced Data Entry Administrator for a 3-6 month temp role.


    Duties will include:
     
    • Issue purchase orders and relevant contracts.
    • Ensure purchases stay within budget limits.
    • Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
    • Onboarding new suppliers ensure all documentation and approvals are in place.
    • Assist with issues such as delays, defects, or disputes.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. 
    • Assist with reporting to track spending, savings, and other metrics.
    Skills and Qualities Required
    • Communication Skills: To collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
    • Attention to Detail: To ensure compliance and accuracy in procurement processes.
    • Time Management: To handle multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
     $35/hour plus super. Starting ASAP!
