Our client is a large national healthcare provider and are seeking an experienced Data Entry Administrator for a 3-6 month temp role.

- Issue purchase orders and relevant contracts.
- Ensure purchases stay within budget limits.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Onboarding new suppliers ensure all documentation and approvals are in place.
- Assist with issues such as delays, defects, or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Assist with reporting to track spending, savings, and other metrics.
- Communication Skills: To collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
- Attention to Detail: To ensure compliance and accuracy in procurement processes.
- Time Management: To handle multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
