Key Responsibilities:
Document Control
- Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures
- Manage all project and operational documentation, ensuring proper filing and version control
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards
- Coordinate document workflows between teams and stakeholders
- Provide executive-level administrative support
- Manage office operations and supplies
- Coordinate company events and travel arrangements
- Handle internal and external communications
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Ensure documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain document revision control and update schedules
- Provide training on document control procedures
- Manage confidential information according to company policies
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Mining/Oil & Gas industry experience highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency in document management systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
