A well-established national organisation is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support the migration from JD Edwards (JDE) to Oracle Fusion ERP. This organisation offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be part of the Australian leg of a major project for a global business.

The Role
As the Data Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless data migration through effective data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data mapping between JDE and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
• Develop and execute ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity during the migration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues during the migration process.
• Provide technical support for data reconciliation and validation.

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer in ERP migration projects.
• Strong expertise in data mapping, ETL processes, and data transformation.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Oracle Fusion ERP (highly desirable).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
