    The Role
    This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support for a close-knit team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors and Partners
    • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
    • Prepare and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
    • Process expenses accurately and efficiently
    • Assist with office management tasks, including event coordination and client reception
    • Collaborate with EA peers on shared initiatives and stakeholder management
    • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
    • Support internal and external stakeholder coordination
    • Manage personal administrative tasks for executives as required
    About You
    • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services or private equity
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
    • Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various technology platforms
    • A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
    • The ability to work independently while anticipating needs proactively
    • A professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm disposition
    • High levels of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
    • A collaborative, positive approach to teamwork
