This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support for a close-knit team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors and Partners
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Process expenses accurately and efficiently
- Assist with office management tasks, including event coordination and client reception
- Collaborate with EA peers on shared initiatives and stakeholder management
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Support internal and external stakeholder coordination
- Manage personal administrative tasks for executives as required
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services or private equity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various technology platforms
- A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to work independently while anticipating needs proactively
- A professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm disposition
- High levels of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
