  • Finance Analyst 

    A high-profile organisation in the infrastructure sector is seeking an ambitious  Finance Analyst to join their national FP&A function, supporting a diverse stakeholder group across complex operations.

    This is a unique opportunity to work in a high impact FP&A team —within a well-established, stable organisation known for innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

    As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you’ll play a critical role in driving reporting insights and performance analysis across a large-scale business operation in Australia. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the delivery of weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements
    • Provide data-driven performance projections and recommendations to senior leaders
    • Undertake variance analysis and offer commercial insights into operational and financial outcomes
    • Prepare, analyse and reconcile financial information, producing both standard and ad hoc reports
    • Present findings and partner with internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making
    About You:
    • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Business
    • Experience in a Management Accounting or FP&A role within a corporate environment (or first time mover from audit/advisory/consulting)
    • Strong Excel capability and proficiency in financial systems 
    • Confident communicator with the ability to distil complex financial data into actionable insights
    • A proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, collaborative environment
