Reporting into the Head of Finance of this high-growth Australian business, this is a unique opportunity to manage the complimentary coupling of the financial control, FP&A and corporate operational work of corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to internal and external stakeholders for corporate entities
• Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with AASB and other regulatory standards
• Working with stakeholders to maintain compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax filings and audit
• Lead initiatives to improve the financial reporting infrastructure to improve quality, timeliness and scalability of the reporting function
• Design, implement, and monitor internal financial and operational controls
• Develop and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models
• Collaborate with investment and asset management teams to gather and validate budget and forecast inputs
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for the CFO/COO and Board
• Analyse variances between actual and forecasted results, providing recommendations for improvement
• Support strategic initiatives by delivering insights on profitability, cost structure, and return on investment
• Adhoc projects (e.g. operational improvements)

• CA / CPA qualified 
• At least 5 years within a Corporate Accounting function
• FPA exposure desirable 
• Excellent communication skills
