About the Company:

Our client is seeking a systems-savvy Finance Manager with strong NetSuite experience to assist during a critical phase.

This initial 2-month contract offers high potential for extension and is ideal for a finance professional looking for a short-term consulting role. The position is available immediately or at short notice.

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will support both the finance system integration and daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Upload and maintain budget data within NetSuite
• Monitor and manage weekly cash flow requirements
• Review and verify invoices prior to processing payments
• Support testing for NetSuite enhancements
• Assist in the integration of NetSuite with the maintenance software
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Support the setup and organization of inventory and item records
• Assist in the configuration and tracking of fixed assets
• Provide support with various daily finance and accounting tasks
  
  
  About You:
  
  
• Tertiary Qualification - Finance or Accounting
• CA or CPA
• Netsuite Experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and excellent documentation skills
• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with senior management and a range of stakeholders 
• Experience with system testing and
