Our Client:
Our client has firmly established a foothold on the property industry through their long-lasting expertise in property development and management, with a future that looks promising for all involved.

The Role:
Reporting to an experienced, supportive leader and sitting within a high-performing team, this role suits an audit/business services 1st mover candidate looking to get their hands on a broad role within an industry powerhouse.

Being part of this team, you will be responsible for the accounting of 2 major funds, and will be responsible for a combination of financial and management accounting duties including, but not limited to:
-  Month-end accounting duties
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Full-function property accounting
- Preparation of half-year/annual papers for reporting purposes
- Preparation of property income budgets and forecasts and monitoring
- Cashflow forecasting and maintenance of inter-company loan reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly BAS and tax returns 

About You:
- 3+ years' experience in a finance related role within a chartered environment
- Property and/or funds experience favorable (but not essential)
- Ideally CA/CPA qualified or close to
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Team player, positive attitude and proactive
