As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing month-end, general ledger management, financial reporting, group consolidations, budgeting, and compliance, to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our client's finance function.

Your day-to-day:

• Consolidate financial statements across multiple legal entities
• Lead month end process, including posting manual journals
• Ensure the timely and accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balances
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare, analyse, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with executive management to develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts
• Manage 3 direct reports and support the CFO with upcoming team expansion

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA/CA qualification
• Previous experience in a group capacity with experience in intercompany transactions, consolidation and reporting
• Proven experience managing at least 2 direct reports 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
