The Role
Ensure accuracy and integrity of investment performance data, attribution, and reporting processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate performance calculations and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance attribution and portfolio exposure analysis
• Validate monthly custodian performance calculations
• Manage internal/external performance reporting
• Enhance performance analytics databases and processes
• Monitor external manager performance and compliance
• Support regulatory reporting (ABS, APRA, ASIC, RG97)
• Assist with transition management and unit pricing validation

• 5+ years in funds management or investment operations
• Strong background in performance attribution and analytics
• Experience with investment analysis and regulatory reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Statistics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with proven multi-tasking capabilities
