• Lead and manage risk for the Technology team, including data retention and cyber security.
• Support all areas of the business to comply with cyber security and data retention requirements.
• Manage the relationship with the outsourced managed services provider to ensure all business needs are met.
• Manage the relationship with third party IT vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical projects from requirements through execution, including configuration, testing and change management.
• Evaluate organisational business and technology needs and responds effectively.
• Responsible for organisation-wide technology functions including Information Technology strategy, software and hardware required to meet business objectives.
• Ensure IT systems are maintained to consistently support operations and ensures continuity, integrity and accessibility of IT systems, data and information.
• Support and advise Senior Leaders and Line Managers in relation to technology, project and cyber security matters.
• Responsibility for ensuring IT disaster recovery posture supports business recovery objectives and establishment of contingency IT infrastructure and software.
• Lead, develop and provide ongoing coaching to small IT team.
