    Responsibilities:
    In this exciting and varied role, no two days are the same! You’ll play a pivotal part in supporting a high-performing team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The key responsibilities will include:
    • Managing two senior partner diaries, ensuring that deadlines and priorities are met
    • Communicating with clients and assisting with bids and proposals.
    • Preparing and proofreading documents, contracts, letters, and general correspondence
    • Assisting with complex billing and matter opening processes
    • Handling time entries, expense reconciliation, and third-party invoice processing
    • Organising travel and general administrative tasks to keep everything on track
    • Managing matter details to ensure the team stays on top of deadlines
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Experience in a Legal Environment: A background in a law firm is essential, but your passion and organisational skills are key.
    • Strong Time Management: The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are always met.
    • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who enjoys working alongside legal professionals and clients to achieve fantastic service.
