This role is perfect for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong understanding of the construction and property industry, particularly in high-end residential developments.

    About the Role

This role will see you assisting the Senior Project Manager in delivering a luxury residential tower project in Kangaroo Point. You will play a key role in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, with prior experience in construction or property development.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in the coordination of a luxury residential project, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
    • Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Project Manager, including document preparation, contract management, and permit applications.
    • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate efficient project delivery.
    • Oversee scheduling and rescheduling due to project variations or unforeseen changes.
    • Monitor project progress and assist in problem-solving to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
    • Maintain WHS documentation and ensure compliance with industry safety regulations.
    • Contribute to improving systems and procedures within the project team.
    About You
    • Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role within construction, property development, or a related field.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with project management software is a plus.
    • Knowledge of permit applications, contract administration, and budget tracking is highly desirable.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
    Benefits
    • Great culture established team and well-known property group.
    • Competitive salary based on experience.
    • Exposure to a high-profile luxury residential project in Brisbane.
    • Supportive team environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.
