About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Roster Officer to join an established aged care facilities in Brisbane's north and east. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, managing rosters for facilities caring for over 400 residents combined.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and publish master rosters in accordance with company policies
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, absences, and unavailability to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with workforce competencies, qualifications, and workplace conditions
- Coordinate scheduling of workforce training and development
- Assist with payroll functions and variance investigations
- Provide reporting and analysis on workforce trends
- Work closely with facility management and administration teams
- Experience in rostering or scheduling, particularly with workplace awards
- Previous aged care industry experience a big advantage
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High computer literacy
- Current National Police Certificate
- Resilient personality with a positive, can-do attitude
