    About the Role
    As Senior Investment Operations Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in the preparation, quality assurance, and delivery of Brighter Super’s investment performance reports. Working closely with the Performance Reporting Manager and key stakeholders, you will also drive enhancements to the reporting ecosystem by leveraging automation, business intelligence, and AI tools. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of investment operations and emerging technology within a values-driven superannuation fund.
      
    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and assure quality of daily, weekly, and monthly investment performance reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate performance drivers and ensure data integrity.
    • Lead initiatives to uplift the reporting environment through automation, BI, and AI enhancements.
    • Support cross-functional reporting requirements, including APRA and RG97 reporting and unit pricing.
    • Foster strong relationships with custodians, data providers, and service partners to optimise reporting processes.  
    About You
    • 5–10 years’ investment performance analytics experience within superannuation or funds management.
    • Strong technical skills in data pipelines, APIs, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
    • Proficiency with performance and risk systems (e.g. Factset, Axioma, MSCI) and custodian data integration.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to articulate investment performance drivers.
    • Collaborative and delivery-focused, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
