My client is a leading construction business and is on the lookout for an experienced Management/Project Accountant to join the business on a permanent basis. The ideal person will have a strong background in Financial and Project Accounting, as well as Power BI (or similar) experience.

Attractive South Sydney location (parking provided) with 2 days WFH

This role will cover financial reporting, analysis of job performance and costs (using Power BI use), and owning the budgeting and forecasting process. It will also manage the project ledger and have great exposure to project accounting.

You will partner with key stakeholders across the business to achieve desired outcomes for their divisions, so strong prior experience with busines partnering is a must.

To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in a managemement/project accounting role preferably in the construction/manufacturing/infrastructure/services industry. Previous experience working with PowerBI will be advantageous. You will have advanced Excel skills and be able to partner with non-finance stakeholders on a daily basis.
