This is a strategic leadership role, identifying change, driving projects & continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practice and fostering a collaborative and higher performance team culture.
You'll also be responsible for the department's financial management, including budget management, cost control and collaboration with other departments across finance. All whilst focussing on efficient delivery of output across the team's key functions (AP and AR), as well as cashflow management, internal controls, billings, expenses and credit management.
You are an experienced Shared Services Manager, with a track record of managing high performance, multi-functional teams across AP and AR, as well exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
