Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the MD and team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Diary Management: Support the MD with scheduling, including calendar coordination and arranging appointments.
- Inbox Management: Assist in managing the MD’s inbox, prioritizing emails and responding when required.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Boardroom Preparation: Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for meetings, including arranging catering and technical requirements.
- Reception Duties: Answer phones, greet visitors, and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests.
- General Office Administration: Assist with office management, including ordering office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role (ideally in a corporate or fast-paced environment).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
