  • Are you highly organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting a busy team? We are seeking a reliable Team Assistant with receptionist duties to join our client’s dynamic team. You will play a key role in assisting the Managing Director (MD) and their team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-notch reception support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the MD and team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative tasks.
    • Diary Management: Support the MD with scheduling, including calendar coordination and arranging appointments.
    • Inbox Management: Assist in managing the MD’s inbox, prioritizing emails and responding when required.
    • Travel Arrangements: Organize and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
    • Boardroom Preparation: Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for meetings, including arranging catering and technical requirements.
    • Reception Duties: Answer phones, greet visitors, and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests.
    • General Office Administration: Assist with office management, including ordering office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
      
    Skills and Experience Required:
    • Proven experience in a similar role (ideally in a corporate or fast-paced environment).
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
